A better education system, Non-traditional school. Not something outrageous and crazy as shown in a bollywood movie (F.A.L.T.U.) but something like the extract idea of a hollywood movie (The Dead Poet Society) . Energy to be encouraged in a right direction to let the individual explore his/her maximum capabilities and be the best of him/her self.
